The concierge and hotel services at Pullman were astounding. The hotel seemed like a secure oasis in the middle of the city. The internet connections were quick and reliable. We also enjoyed the affordable price and the honor of the Accor Card. The overall experience was amazing.

Chang'an district won't disappoint you. I used free parking onsite. I would definitely go back or recommend it to all...

I was impressed by the cleanliness and facilities of this hotel. The gym and bathroom were particularly good. the staff were friendly and helpful. While this hotel is kind of in a strange area, it was still convenient in the surrounding areas as Chang'an city and the Chang'an area. If you're looking to avoid crowds and tourists, this location is perfect and suited for only business visits.

Stayed there for Christmas, everything was perfect. the rooms were spotless, and the view from our window was stunning. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the buffet breakfast had a huge variety of food, and it was mouth-watering.

The staff was friendly but their English was limited, so it was a bit difficult to communicate our requests. the elevator was quite slow during the busy times of the day, so we had to wait a few minutes to get to our floor.

The hotel is quite difficult to access and is situated in an industrial area. It is not ideal for leisure travellers as it is too far from downtown. Taxis are hard to come by and getting to the factory for business can be quite a challenge. the rooms are nice, big, and clean with good internet connection inside. the staff provides overall good customer service.

The hotel lacks a gift shop or store in the lobby where guests can buy snacks or souvenirs.

Had an amazing xmas experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very cozy. The good in the hotel's restaurant was delicious. Plus, they offered complimentary late check-out and an upgrade to a better room. The fitness center was modern and had all the necessary equipment.
